• Only for board members, a shuttle leaves for the First UMC at 7:00 am.

8:00 am - 9:00 am Breakfast at the Church

• Shuttle services between the hotel and the church for participants are offered every 20 minutes from 7:40 am to 8:40 am.   

9 am - 10:15 am Opening Ritual and Introduction

10:15 am Break

10:30 am - 12:00 pm Morning Panel: Eco-justice, Climate Change, Collective Resistance

12:00 pm - 1:45 pm Lunch & Interest Group Meeting 

• How to Apply to Ph. D Program led by Jin Young Choi: If you are interested in applying to doctoral programs, you may consider attending this lunch meeting organized by the Mentoring and Nurturing Committee. 

 

Afternoon Workshops: If you choose an outdoor workshop, you cannot participate in the indoor workshops because of time constraints and transportation.
